a critical computer failure, slow performance, or a virus that has stopped your business in its tracks.
What I Do
an emergency PC and laptop repair service to get your essential hardware back up and running fast.
Laptop & PC Repair in Eastbourne: the Local Picture
East Sussex has an older housing stock that consistently needs maintenance, and so do the computers inside those homes. Eastbourne's population spans young professionals, families, and a significant retired population, all relying on PCs for banking, email, and staying connected. A broken screen or failing hard drive disrupts daily life. I provide rapid, local PC repair for BN20–BN23 residents, students, and home office workers who can't afford downtime or the expense of courier-based repair chains.

Common Questions
I have multiple machines at home (laptop, desktop, old tablet). Can you service all of them?
I work on all Windows machines, MacBooks, and laptops regardless of age or brand. Desktops, broken laptops, older machines you want brought back into use—I can fix any of them. If you've got multiple machines needing repairs, bring them all and I'll prioritise them efficiently so you're not without devices for long.
Do you do home or office call-outs?
Yes. I come to you anywhere across Sussex. No need to pack up your computer and drop it off somewhere.
What if the problem is software rather than hardware?
Most PC issues are software: slow performance, crashes, viruses, failed Windows updates. These are usually the fastest and cheapest fixes, often a straightforward job with no parts needed.
Do you sell new computers as well as fix old ones?
I don't sell hardware directly, but I advise on the right spec for your needs and can source and configure it for you. You pay the supplier directly; I just charge for the setup and data migration.
Can you recover data from a computer that won't turn on?
Usually, yes: a dead computer doesn't mean dead data. The drive inside is often fine even when the machine itself is broken. I can pull the drive, recover what's on it, and put it on your new machine.
Investment
I quote per job after a free chat about your setup — you'll know exactly what it costs before anything starts, with no pressure to commit.
